To edit pages here you have to create an account. To do so please click on "Anmelden / Benutzerkonto erstellen" on the top right of the page. On the next page click on "Neues Benutzerkonto anlegen.", enter your data, click on "Benutzerkonto Anlegen" and now you can start editing.
To change the language of the user interface go to "Einstellungen" on the top of the page. 
then go to Internationalisierung and change it to the language you want.
